Luciana Salazar Ortega (born November 7, 1980, in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is a world famous glamour model and actress.

Luciana began working as a model at just 4 years old recording her first television commercial, and at 15 years old was already highly regarded in the world of modeling. She then charged to fame with her appearance as an actress in the comedy show "Poné a Francella". Though the fact that she was a niece of Argentinian singer (and then governor), Palito Ortega helped her into the acting world, it was by her own hard work that she forged a successful career. She soon became one of the leading media figures in Argentina.

Luciana's name soon spread and she began to appear on the covers of magazines and page of popular newspapers in Argentina, Spain, United States, Latin America and Europe.

In 2003, she presented several pieces for the Argentinian television channel America TV and made a controversial appearance on the MTV Video Music Awards Latin America, promoting her image even more. In 2004, she participated in a hidden camera sketch, on the popular Argentinian television program "VideoMatch" (now ShowMatch), on the Telefé channel, hosted by Marcelo Tinelli. She acted in the television series "Costumbres argentinas, de las buenas y de las malas" (2003), "Los Roldán" (2004), "Amo de casa", "Gladiadores de Pompeya", both in 2006 and recently in the movie "Bañeros III, todopoderosos". Lucian also appeared on Chilean television, invited by Televisión Nacional de Chile on the program "De Pé a Pá" in 2004

In February 2005 she was voted "Queen of the International Music Festival of Viña del Mar" in Chile, and became a very popular personality in that country. She took part in various fashion shows, and in that same year she was the star of "Abtao Fashion 2005", an event in Peru, along with 70 other Peruvian models who modeled the latest fashions. She took part in the erotic television series "Luli in Love" on Playboy TV.

During the FIFA World Cup Germany 2006 campaign, Salazar was voted the national football team's representative, what many call the "Godmother".

Luciana has recorded her first disc as a singing artist and also appears in the movies "Explosive Brigade" and "Isidorito".
